Tit-willow?

I've been a little busy, but not too busy to notice this little titbit...err tidbit about a catch all bill at the Statehouse...

The lengthy bill contains a lot of language that clarifies laws and makes technical changes.

One provision says: “The Code editor is directed to strike the words ‘title’ or ‘Title’ and insert ‘Tit.’ within federal Act references…”

That's what Charles Grassley meant when he accused corporations last spring of "sucking the tit of the taxpayer"?

Usually that's a TITLE reserved for government and the scientific community is united in that fact.
