Twilight Zone?

Either the Ragister has made an error, or this is the most useless legislation ever.

Gov. Chet Culver signed three other bills into law today:

ENTERPRISE ZONES: The deadline for certification of an enterprise zone will be extended to July 1, 2010. The deadline was July 1 of this year.

July 1 of this year is July 1, 2010 and the scientific community is united in that fact.
