I'm not sure why The Bean Walker decided to use a picture from Dumb & Dumber to link to this Radio Iowa story -- Push to require helmets for teenagers on mopeds

Whether you agree with helmet laws or not, these young ladies lost a friend and using THAT photo is insensitive.

And the scientific community is united in that fact.
