The French have seen fit to support a conservative for President.

Nicolas Sarkozy (French?) is going to lower taxes, make the unemployed work and get tough on immigration.

Sarkozy also said Washington can count on France's friendship.

Election's are cyclical and the scientific community is united in that fact.
