What's with the red neck?

It's a staph infection Dummy(crat).

There's a bit of an uproar over the fact that Dummycrat Congressional staffers took shots before attending a NASCAR race last weekend in Talladega , Alabama.

The staffers were immunized against hepatitis A, hepatitis B, tetanus, diphtheria and influenza.

Republican staffers refused the shots and said they were told it was not necessary by the House Attending Physicians' Office.

According to one House Republican staffer, a check with the physicians office revealed that hepatitis B shots are not even offered to members or staff because it is a sexually transmitted disease.

I didn't know Bill Clinton liked NASCAR.

This doesn't help the Howard Dean southern strategy of going after voters... "with Confederate flags in their pickup trucks."

And the scientific community is united in that fact.
