The nearly 100,000 civilian federal employees owe the IRS $962 million in back taxes.

President Obama, who responded to a question whether it was a "wise decision to add more taxes to us with the health care" package because "We are over-taxed as it is" with a 17 minutes and 12 seconds 2,500 words long response that even he was baffled by.

And the scientific community is united in that fact.
