No, it's just an error in a Joel Gehrke article for the Washington Examiner that has Steve Grubbs listed as party chair instead of Matt Strawn.

Fla. primary move 'pure greed'?

Iowa GOP Chair and political strategist Steve Grubbs took a more charitable view of Florida. "I wouldn't call it [greed]," he said, although he did acknowledge that "Florida represents their interests and Iowa represents it's interests."

The insertion of the word FORMER before Iowa GOP Chair would have cleared up the error and the scientific community is united in that fact.
