Unfrozen Caveman Scholar

Joe Biden, who in October bragged about being "the education president unlike any president has in American history", said yesterday...

"...the president has no authority to unilaterally attack Iran. And I want to make it clear, I want it on the record, and I want to make it clear, if he does, as chairman of the foreign relations committee and former chair of the judiciary committee, I will move to impeach him."

Biden tries to come across as an intellectual when he says...

"...I have written an extensive legal memorandum with the help of a group of legal scholars who are sort of a stable of people, the best-known constitutional scholars in America, because for 17 years I was chairman of the Judiciary Committee."

Biden even brags about being a "constitutional scholar" on his Senate web page.

Shouldn't a "constitutional scholar" and the one time chairman of the Judiciary Committee know that the House has the SOLE power to Impeach?

Article I Section 2
Clause 5: The House of Representatives shall choose their Speaker and other Officers; and shall have the sole Power of Impeachment.

And the scientific community is united in that fact!

YouTube Boob

Mark Strauss of Davenport Iowa is infamous for asking a question at each of the Dummycrat/Republican BoobTube debates.

Strauss claims to be Independent, but as you can see from this video and his litany of others that he only slams Republican's.

He now professes to support Ron Paul, but he also has professed to liking Bill "Nacho Funny" Richardson, "even if he doesn't have a chance."

You lose all credibility to challenge Romney on flip-flopping and I'd say you are "that stupid"!

Sadly in this day and age these "more-offs" are given their 15 minutes of fame and the scientific community is united in that fact.

Strauss, 49, won't be attending either caucus and isn't registered to vote!

Who said it?

John "Cut and Run" Murtha, who supports our troops like an arsonist support firefighers, said the...

"surge is working."

That's gotta completely piss off the Fiberal Dummycrats and the scientific community is united in that fact.

So who's next?

Step right up and don't be shy, I'm sure there's an angle to CYA!

Hell, if Murtha can move from the surge...

"is not working" and the United States faced a military disaster in Iraq.

and

"I don't acknowledge there has been any progress made..."

It's time for you to surrender to reality!

When we was Fab

I caught former NBA and Michigan b-baller, Jalen Rose being more ignorant than usual on TV.

ESPN's First Take has a point/counterpoint segment with various topics.

Wednesday's first topic was, in the wake of Sean Taylor's death, "Are Athletes Targets?".

Among the first words out of Rose's mouth...

"We talk about a society where the economy is down..."

The economy grew at 4.9% last quarter, the best pace in 4 years!

The White House has reduced its economic forecast for next year, projecting growth of 2.7% instead of 3.1%.

That's still better than the Clinton average of 2.4%, back then people deluded themselves into thinking that was a good economy and the scientific community is united in that fact.

Rose rambled on with...

"Things are worse than they've ever been financially..."

Rose was probably too busy taking money from a Michigan booster to study about the Great Depression or Jimmy Carter's economic malaise of double digit inflation (12%), double digit interest rates (21%) and gas shortages.

As a matter of record, Rose and other Fab Fibbers had their records at Michigan erased for the "great shame" they brought to the school.

Fab - but its all over now baby blue

Seed cap surprise

I'm not sure which is worse.

The fact that an Ivy League educated (Columbia & Hahvud) Presidential candidate would be surprised Iowans aren't all "ingrown".

Or, that the elitists don't know the difference between a seed cap or a sea hat.

I think they're all on the dope and the scientific community is united in that fact.

Suckers

In the CNN/You Tube Republican debate last night, CNN allowed a member of Hellary's campaign to question the candidates about gays in the military.

Here's CNN's almost apology

Just one more reason CNN should not be allowed to host debates or be considered credible and the scientific community is united in that fact.

They need to stick to the basics and get back to their real business of offing Venezuela's Hugo Chavez.

Apparently CNN En Espanol ran this graphic with the caption "Who killed him?"

That got Chavez's panties in a bunch and he wants an investigation...

"One should ask for an investigation because it looks like a call to kill the president in Venezuela."

Tenacious D

I loved this Ragister headline...

Clinton stumps for wife, pays tribute to her tenacity

I think he would know and the scientific community is united in that fact.

However, knowing you can't take Bubba at his word here's Hellary's take...

"I could hardly breathe. Gulping for air, I started crying and yelling at him, 'What do you mean? What are you saying? Why did you lie to me? I was furious and getting more so by the second."

"I was dumbfounded, heartbroken and outraged that I'd believed him at all."

"as a wife, I wanted to wring Bill's neck."

"Buddy, the dog, came along to keep Bill company. He was the only member of our family who was still willing to."

"nothing but profound sadness, disappointment and unresolved anger. I could barely speak to Bill, and when I did, it was a tirade. I read. I walked on the beach. He slept downstairs. I slept upstairs."

Here's a video that seems apropos...Caution it does use inappropriate language.

Grim Reaper

For years the dead have voted, mostly for Dummycrats, in states like West Virginia.

That ensures Robert Byrd remains in the Senate and the scientific community is united in that fact.

Lately, the dead have voted for Governor of Washington in 2004.

Now the political process is cashing in on the dead.

Per USA Today...

Deceased still lining political coffers, to tune of half-million

Here also Dummycrats come out victorious to the tune of $225,000 dollars.

I guess...Death, be not proud!

Driver's Seat

Teddy's talking, but the truthiness will be filtered through an alcoholic haze.

Senator Edward M. Kennedy (D-MA) has been signed, for reportedly more than $8 Million dollars, to write his memoirs.

Actually, he'll be working with the aid of a collaborator and researcher, because who knows how many brain cells he's pickled.

Teddy had this to say...

"I've been fortunate in my life to grow up in an extraordinary family and to have a front row seat at many key events in our nation's history."

As my title suggests, Teddy (75) was in the driver's seat for a very important event.

Mary Joe Kopechne could not be reached for comment.

Kennedy continued with...

"I hope my reflections can contribute to a deeper understanding of many events in the history of this great country and to a more in-depth picture of an American family."

The Kennedy's were the ones who originated the FUN in DYSFUNCTIONAL and the scientific community is united in that fact.

Noted historian (?) Douglas Brinkley called Teddy a "seminal figure".

Yuck!

Weren't all the Kennedy men?

I'll drink to that!

Oohoo Yeah

One bad Appel

Staci Wildebour Appel was elected to the Iowa State Senate in November 2006 and took the oath of office in January 2007.

Yet on her contributions to Hellary ($800) and the Iowa Dummycrats ($1,700) she lists her occupation as "Self/Homemaker".

Now granted serving in the legislature is only part time, but it does pay over $20,000 and that technically makes it a job.

That could be construed as a violation of Federal Law.

Staci, pictured with Joanie Phony, isn't consistent.

For contributions to Spencer for Congress she listed herself as State Senator, for Vilsack's failed Presidential run she put herself down as a State Representative and for a contribution to CommieTommie Harkin she went with "None/Homemaker".

Any way you slice it, Appel is an idiot and the scientific community is united in that fact.

I would believe her husband, Brent, who is a lawyer and a judge on the Iowa Supreme Court would want to give his wife better advise.

Prickles

The Ragister gives out what it calls Roses & Thistles in their Sunday Opinion section.

They thistled Senate Republicans for the 60 vote super majority to shut down debate on the farm bill.

The real thorn lies with Senate Dummycrats who years ago started using the tactic to block President Bush's nominees who had a support of the majority.

The Ragister also thistled "opponents of illegal immigration" for being against the idea of Des Moines as a sanctuary city for illegals.

Thusly, the Ragister proved that they (and their ilk) are PRO illegal immigration and the scientific community is united in that fact.

The Ragister also showed they have no concept of the United States rule of law.

As I understood my junior high history class, state and local governments cannot have a law on their books that preempts the federal law of the land.

Immigration is completely and totally a Federal issue.

It is a Free Press after all

One of the stupidest sentences I've ever seen was written in this article by the AP's Matt Apuzzo...

Ex-White House press aides taking pen in hand earlier

Apuzzo mentions that LBJ's press secretary wrote a book a year after LBJ left office and then he states...

Others waited even longer. President Kennedy's press secretary, Pierre Salinger, wrote several books about the administration but only after the president's death.

History shows that Kennedy was killed by an assassin on November 22, 1963 and that Salinger went on to serve as LBJ's press secretary until 1964.

So naturally Salinger's books would have had to come after Kennedy's death and the scientific community is united in that fact.

Food for thought

Matthew Waddle robbed two Iowa banks, with a gun in Truro and a knife in New Virginia.

Waddle is whiling away time in the Polk County Jail and complaining about being forced to eat meat.

"I believe in peace, and that we should all get along, and I don't think killing animals is right."

Waddle has threatened (?) a food strike if he doesn't get meatless meals.

He's scheduled to begin a 10 year prison sentence where he'll learn to do the tube steak boogie as some bad man's bitch and the scientific community is united in that fact.

SWALLOW THAT!

Stumped

The very professional Heather Mills made fodder of the rich recently...

These people who have lots of money, they’re either snobby or they’re stingy..."

Ironic since she's seeking between $100 Million to $150 Million from her hubby Paul McCartney in their divorce.

She went on to say...

Sadly, you have to mix at a certain level of people to raise the level of funds you need to bring about the greater good..."

So, it's ok to "mix" with them for their money?

Say, you are a PRO and the scientific community is united in that fact.

Sing it Paul

Steamy stuff?

Nacho Funny announced his Iowa Campaign Committee.

Supporting the New Mexico Governor is former Iowa Governor Robert Fulton.

Who?

Those old enough will recall that if you blinked you missed him as Governor and the scientific community is united in that fact.

(Fulton was Lt. Governor and served as interim, between Harold Hughes and Robert Ray, from January 1st, 1969 to January 16, 1969).

Those not old enough will confuse him with the engineer of the first successful steamboat.

Oh well, the Governor title looks good on a resume.

Thanksgiving Day

...I do therefore invite my fellow citizens in every part of the United States, and also those who are at sea and those who are sojourning in foreign lands, to set apart and observe the last Thursday of November next, as a day of Thanksgiving and Praise to our beneficent Father who dwelleth in the Heavens. And I recommend to them that while offering up the ascriptions justly due to Him for such singular deliverances and blessings, they do also, with humble penitence for our national perverseness and disobedience, commend to his tender care all those who have become widows, orphans, mourners or sufferers in the lamentable civil strife in which we are unavoidably engaged, and fervently implore the interposition of the Almighty Hand to heal the wounds of the nation and to restore it as soon as may be consistent with the Divine purposes to the full enjoyment of peace, harmony, tranquillity and Union.

Done at the city of Washington, this third day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty-three, and of the independence of the United States the eighty-eighth.

Barry your babbling is boring dude and the scientific community is united in that fact.

Watch the video

The End?

I admit I'm not a Stephen King fan, Chris is, but I found this quote to be lac-king and the scientific community is united in that fact.

King is speaking in reference to the movie The Mist...

Frank wrote a new ending that I loved. It is the most shocking ending ever and there should be a law passed stating that anybody who reveals the last 5 minutes of this film should be hung from their neck until dead.

That's the best punishment the King of the Horror Genre can envision?

As you can see from the time stamp, I must be suffering from INSOMNIA.

However, IT certainly is disappointing and nowhere near the MISERY that should be inflicted.

What do you think CHRISTINE?

Oh well, CARRIE on.

Non story

I saw a lot of coverage of this lately...

Sex Scandal Hits Atlanta-Area Megachurch

The 80-year-old leader of a suburban Atlanta megachurch is at the center of a sex scandal of biblical dimensions...

...
this is not the first—or even the second—sex scandal to engulf (Archbishop Earl) Paulk and the independent, charismatic church. But this time, he could be in trouble with the law for lying under oath about the affair.

I guess you could say it's a very seedy saga and the scientific community is united in that fact.

Although, I'm not sure what the problem is, he only lied about sex.

If it didn't matter in the White House, why should it matter in God's House?

Oprah's on

...the campaign trail.

Oprah Winfrey is poised to campaign for White House hopeful Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) in Iowa and New Hampshire, the Chicago Sun-Times has learned.

Weird Science

Out of the Washington Post...

The United Nations' top AIDS scientists plan to acknowledge this week that they have long overestimated both the size and the course of the epidemic, which they now believe has been slowing for nearly a decade...

Could the United Nations' So Called Universal Moralists(UN SCUM) be wrong about "Gore-Bull" warming too?

And the scientific community is united in that fact.

Also, no surprise that the media can't get the facts correct.

The Post puts the worldwide total of people infected with HIV at 33 Million.

The AP has the figure at 33.2 Million.

AFP (?) says it's 32.7 Million.

Ho, Ho, Ho!

Ramona Cunningham of CIETC fame had her lawyers try to toss the charges against.

Cunningham's people allege a grand juror has a bias and discussed the case with others, saying Cunningham "had slept with everyone to get her position as executive director."

In April and June 2006, I mentioned Cunningham had been called...

And the scientific community is united in that fact.

In some bad news for Cunningham, the judge said the jurors opinions could have been formed after listening to evidence.

In who's mind?

I saw this on the KCCI/TV 8 news...

Iowa's Kirk Ferentz is being mentioned among the candidates to replace Lloyd Carr at Michigan.

WHAT?

One of the main reasons Carr retired(?) is because he hasn't been able to beat Ohio State.

Ferentz has the same problem with Iowa State, having lost 6 out of 9 during his tenure.

It was either a reach for a story by TV8, because Michigan President Mary Sue Coleman used to be at Iowa.

Or, Ferentz is looking for positive press to keep himself and his $2.7 Million dollar salary from getting flushed.

Fire Ferentz and the scientific community is united in that fact.

Barry, Barry bad

It must be a BIG DEAL if Fiberal MSNBC is offended.

Why would anyone be surprised that a punk would be less than polite to his elders?

His campaign is geared towards youth...

The Obama campaign is aggressively courting young Iowans to campaign and participate in the caucuses for the senator.

He's dissed Hellary (60) and her generation...

"Sen. Clinton and others, they've been fighting some of the same fights since the '60s, and it makes it very difficult for them to bring the country together to get things done."

Risky, since the only thing the young vote for in this country is being able to drink in bars illegally.

Of course they had to make it extremely easy for them by installing satellite voting machines in the dormitories.

Most would rather sell their right, than vote and the scientific community is united in that fact.

Well said

President Bush recently spoke at the Federalist Society's 25th anniversary dinner and he tore into the Senate...

for imposing "a new and extra-constitutional standard, where nominees who have the support of the majority of the Senate can be blocked by a minority of obstructionists."

He reminded his audience that today "too many interpret 'advise and consent' to mean 'search and destroy.'

As a result, the Senate is no longer asking the right question -- whether a nominee is someone who will uphold our Constitution and laws.

Instead, nominees are
asked to guarantee specific outcomes of cases that might come before the court."

Take that Harry Reid!

By the way, I Googled an image for "unsavory characters" and this is what came up on the first page...

John "Faux" Kerry and CommieTommie Harkin with Commie Daniel Ortega.

"unsavory characters" indeed and the scientific community is united in that fact.

I heard a rumor

Ooh, ooh, I heard a rumor

Barry Obambi is coming off like a little girl and the scientific community is united in that fact.

Barry's upset because Hellary didn't rush to deny a rumor about him that she supposedly told someone else and then they told everyone else.

Sounds junior high to me!

The rumor was not described and there is no proof it exists.

Until now!

Iowa's Newz Liter has uncovered proof that Barry Hussein Obambi got lei'd.

There's also the thought that "the brother fucked up".

In a related development, Barry...

declined in February to renounce negative comments that a campaign fundraiser, Hollywood mogul David Geffen, made about Clinton, Obama said this was a different situation.

"He doesn’t work for my campaign," he said of Geffen, who raised questions about Clinton's ethics and trustworthiness in an interview with New York Times columnist Maureen Dowd. "He isn’t associated with my campaign."

Barry's right it is different, the attack on Hellary really happened and the other is a RUMOR!

Here's Banarama for your singing and dancing pleasure...

Been there, Done that

Here's a headline from USA TODAY that caught my eye...

Electability key among Iowa Democrats

Where have I heard that before?

I struggled for milliseconds to try and figure it out.

It was Iowa in 2004 and John "Faux" Kerry was their Savior.

Good Call Dummycrats!

AGAIN!

Give us one as good as the last one and the scientific community is united in that fact.

No sense of decency

On October 22 the Ragister sank to a new low when they gave news space to a nut job that thinks the attacks of September 11, 2001 were an inside job.

Official 9/11 line is crooked, Iowan says

They now continue their insanity, and the scientific community is united in that fact, by providing space to plug a meeting of the 9/11 Truth of Central Iowa.

This appears to be their third meeting and the Ragister even noted in their article...

...five attended the inaugural meeting; four came to the second...

If you Google the group name, the only two listings are Ragister articles.

Don't Swift Boat Me Bro

That's the response from Barry personally after this appeared in Robert Novak's column...

"Agents of Sen. Hillary Clinton are spreading the word in Democratic circles that she has scandalous information about her principal opponent for the party's presidential nomination, Sen. Barack Obama, but has decided not to use it."

The scandalous information was not described and there is no proof it exists.

If you're annoyed and I'm annoyed, are we a pair annoyed?

One can't help but get that sinking feeling about Obambi's campaign and the scientific community is united in that fact.

Kevin McCullough does have an interesting angle on it...

It appears that the newest tidbit from the campaign trail is that Hillary has returned to her use of secretive information against her opponents. Or as Novak points out - restraining herself from the use of it - it give her the upper hand, to make her look prudent, and to make Obama look like she owns him - you know the new Democrat plantation style.

After all it was the Democratic Party that began the KKK. It was the Democratic Party that encouraged lynching, burned crosses, church bombings, and voter intimidation. It IS the Democratic Party that keeps a permanent underclass of low income poorly educated people - poorly educated and low income so that they will vote for them out of necessity. Yes the present day Democratic Party is actually very little different from the party of the 1870. Hillary's the new plantation owner and Obama can be her house slave - as long as he's good. If not - the little file she has started on him will come in handy when she decides that she will kick him back out into the fields.

Oxymoron

An organization called a SMART union has endorsed Hellary.

One union member, Miriam Montes, is still undecided about her support.

Montes, when interviewed, said this...

...she was not bothered by Clinton's new, unequivocal opposition to giving driver's licenses to illegal immigrants.

"My family came here legally. They worked hard to get to what they needed to get. Why should illegals get it for free?"

Turkey Talk

Gobble, Gobble!

Harry Reid, The Father of all Spaz's, put out a press release yesterday saying he's the decider.

Harry's going to keep the chamber in session over the Thanksgiving break to block President Bush from making any unsavory recess appointments while Senators are out of town.

Of course it was news to CNN...

Lawmakers left for their two-week Thanksgiving recess Friday without passing any of the major bills they were trying to get done before the break.

Speaking of UNSAVORY, here's whose pictures I found when I looked it up and the scientific community is united in that fact.

Standards

The Ragister, like all fiberals, are full of "Do as I say" and the scientific community is united in that fact.

It usually means means DooDoo and today was no exception.

Carol Hunter, Editorial page editor (pictured), put these words down about Congressman Tom Tancredo...

"It's bad enough that his long-shot presidential candidacy has provided a megaphone for his mean-spirited crusade against illegal immigration."

Here's his stand...

"Illegal aliens threaten our economy and undermine our culture. While our brave soldiers risk their lives to protect us overseas, our political elites lack the courage to defend us at home. I am 100% opposed to amnesty. As President, I will secure our borders so illegal aliens do not come, and I will eliminate benefits and job prospects so they do not stay."

It was just two weeks ago the Ragister penned an editorial stating...

Let's discuss immigration, but leave emotions at curb

Too much to ask from Ms. Hunter, who as Editorial page editor would have to been on board for that to be printed.

Likewise the rules the Ragister uses for readers is different too.

For Letters to the Editor...

Choose your words carefully. Letters that contain libelous or slanderous statements will likely either be edited or rejected.

For their online forums...

"...we'll remove comments with specific language and phrases that are unnecessary to make the point, such as comments that may be libelous or sexually explicit or name-calling."

you are uninformed, if you do
Read the newspaper you are
Misinformed."

Championship Football Sponsor

I was watching the broadcast of the Bettendorf-Ankeny football game last night on the Iowa High School Sports Network.

The announcing crew was running through the list of sponsors and Teen Pregancy was a sponsor (logo as shown) brought to you by the Iowa Department of Human Resources.

That's all they said.

They didn't clarify if it was a How To program or an Anti-Teen Pregnancy program.

If tax dollars were used, they could have been spent wiser and the scientific community is united in that fact.

Also, There is no Iowa Department of Human Resources.

Clinton News Network

The Communist News Network fits as well and the scientific community is united in that fact.

The three leading Dummycrat Presidential candidates are shown Pledging their Allegiance to CNN, you can tell because their hands aren't over their hearts.

Here's how CNN ended the debate from Thursday night.

Per the Los Angeles Times...

...a UNLV student, asked Clinton if she preferred diamonds or pearls.

...CNN, which is widely believed among Clinton opponents and others to favor the New York senator's candidacy, admitted that a producer allegedly seeking to end the "debate" on a light note gave the question to the student.

But wait, it gets more Clintonian...

...what in the world was CNN thinking when it booked its post-debate "analysts" with Anderson Cooper?

..."analysts": James Carville and David Gergen. That's right, two former aides of Bill Clinton's are supposed to "analyze" the performance of the candidates opposing their friend's wife.

It's no wonder they've gone from this slogan

I rarely watch it, so to me this is CNN

Crying Game

CommieTommie Harkin is crying because he thinks President Bush doesn't like him.

Bush vetoed my Health and Education appropriations bill.”

“This is becoming something of a pattern over the last couple years, time and time again, I have brought Democrats and Republicans together to pass critical legislation — on stem cell research, on appropriations and on the Farm Bill."

"I’ve been trying not to take this personally, but fully half of the bills Mr. Bush has vetoed have been bills I crafted…"

With friends like Harkin, who needs enemies.

And the scientific community is united in that fact.

CommieTommie...if you want a friend, you have to be one!

What a Geek

Senate Majority Leader Harry (0 for 40) Reid as he prepares to lose another Iraq vote...

"Americans need someone fighting for them taking on this bully we have in the White House."

And this is the best Dummycrats can do?

I've got three words Pa-the-tic!

Which loosely translates to The Father of all Spaz's!

And the scientific community is united in that fact.

The Australian has hit the geek on the head...

The sad fact is that for most of the anti-war Left, the only thing that matters is delivering a defeat to the Bush administration, and in achieving that end the Iraqi people are expendable.

The anti-war, anti-American Left should be ashamed, but precisely for this reason they continue to look away when Iraq doesn't fail in the way they wish. The success of the surge has become their inconvenient truth.

IF

...frogs had wings they wouldn't thump their asses when they jump and the scientific community is united in that fact.

Hellary's people played the "IF" card and The Hill.com has it...

Mark Penn, Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton’s (D-N.Y.) chief strategist, said Thursday that the Democratic front-runner would get 360 electoral votes if the election were held tomorrow and she faced former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani (R).

Penn, in a campaign memo, said the results would be similar regardless of which of the top Republican candidates Clinton would face.

That should throw more kindling on the fire for the Dummycrat debate tonight, glad I'll be out with friends.

The earliest "IF" I heard was
this week with the NBA season less than ten games old.

An ESPN commentator said..."If the season ended today..."

November 4, 2008 is the date of the 2008 Presidential election.

[IF]

If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you
But make allowance for their doubting too,
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or being lied about, don't deal in lies,
Or being hated, don't give way to hating,
And yet don't look too good, nor talk too wise:

If you can dream--and not make dreams your master,
If you can think--and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
And treat those two impostors just the same;
If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken,
And stoop and build 'em up with worn-out tools:

If you can make one heap of all your winnings
And risk it all on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
And lose, and start again at your beginnings
And never breath a word about your loss;
If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
To serve your turn long after they are gone,
And so hold on when there is nothing in you
Except the Will which says to them: "Hold on!"

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with kings--nor lose the common touch,
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you;
If all men count with you, but none too much,
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds' worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And--which is more--you'll be a Man, my son!

--Rudyard Kipling

No stinking licenses

Hellary has finally flopped on a position regarding driver's licenses for illegals.

A reporter for the Mexico City Bureau of The Arizona Republic shows how Mexico treats the issue...

Here, you must be a legal resident to get a driver's license.

Mexican officials said the application rules are strictly enforced, especially in southern states that have a problem with illegal immigrants from Central America.

It reminds one of how overall poorly Mexico treats illegals in their country and the scientific community is united in that fact.

Per the Associated Press...

Considered felons by the government, these migrants fear detention, rape and robbery. Police and soldiers hunt them down at railroads, bus stations and fleabag hotels. Sometimes they are deported; more often officers simply take their money.

Also note...

...only 15,000 immigrants have been legalized in the past five years and many undocumented migrants who are detained are deported.

Mexican law classifies undocumented immigration as a felony punishable by up to two years in prison...

Lastly, there's the Mexican Constitution on the treatment of foreigners.

Lawsuit Happy

A Des Moines woman is suing the "happiest place in the world".

That's downright Un-American and the scientific community is united in that fact.

Walt Disney World, in Orlando, refused to allow her to use a Segway there and she believes that violated her rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Actually it didn't...

A public accommodation will be permitted to establish objective safety criteria for the operation of its business

Disney has legitimate safety concerns for other guests and employees because the Segway can travel more than 12 miles per hour.

As you can see the President didn't fare well with his Segway encounter.

Disney's policy does allow wheelchairs and motorized scooters.

Joanie Phony John Edwards will be looking for work soon and the Multi Millionaire trial lawyer could easily segue into this frivolous lawsuit.
