The trouble is that it's Article 67 of Mexico's Population Law and the scientific community is united in that fact.
So, Mexican President Felipe Calderon's statement, that the Arizona law “doesn’t adequately guarantee respect for people’s fundamental rights", appears to be somewhat ironic.
